Canada Express Entry PNP Draw Issues 752 Invitations at CRS 772 on October 13, 2026

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 752 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to Express Entry candidates in a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) round on October 13, 2026. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of the lowest-ranked invited candidate was 772, according to IRCC's official round #448 record.

October 13 Express Entry draw results

Round number: 448. Round type: Provincial Nominee Program. Date and time: October 13, 2026 at 10:25:58 (UTC). Invitations issued: 752. Minimum CRS score: 772. Tie-breaking date and time: July 15, 2026 at 13:57:33 (UTC).

Who was eligible for this round?

This was a PNP-specific Express Entry draw, not a general or Canadian Experience Class draw. It targeted candidates eligible for the Provincial Nominee Program under Express Entry. An accepted enhanced provincial nomination normally adds 600 CRS points to a candidate's score. The 772-point cutoff therefore should not be interpreted as a threshold for all Express Entry candidates.

How the tie-breaking rule works

IRCC's published tie-breaking timestamp is July 15, 2026 at 13:57:33 UTC. Where candidates have the same lowest invited CRS score, their Express Entry profile submission time determines who ranks first. Meeting the cutoff does not necessarily mean every candidate with that score received an invitation.

What invited applicants should do

An ITA allows an invited candidate to apply for permanent residence; it does not itself grant permanent residence. Candidates generally have 60 days to submit a complete application after receiving an invitation. Check the exact deadline and document requirements in your IRCC account, verify your nomination remains valid, and ensure the information in your application matches your profile. For individual eligibility or complex circumstances, seek advice from an authorized Canadian immigration professional.
